THE SERVICES PURCHASED WITH BENJY TRAVEL CAN BE PAID WITH CASH (THIS MUST BE PAID IN QUETZALES)/ CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS (AT THE OFFICE)
RECOMENDATIONS:
- Cancellations or changes are not accepted (unless your purchase was made within the last 24 hours)
- Even if you do not use the service, you must pay for it.
- To avoid not arriving on time, we recommend being ready 10 minutes before.
- It is not allowed to smoke or consume food on board.
- You should avoid being separated from your hand luggage. If you have brought valuables, they will be under your responsibility.

- Show a civil and respectful behavior with the rest of the passengers.
- When delivering and receiving your luggage, do so carefully so as not to hit any traveler or damage the transportation.
- Children: Children under four years of age who do not occupy a seat on the bus travel free.
- Pets: Users who want to travel accompanied by their pets must know the conditions. Small pets are allowed to be transported in their cage without occupying seats, as long as they are not opposed by other travelers and are not disturbed.
